- Do you charge for a site survey or quotation?

- Is the price fixed?
- The quotation is based on the agreed specification and the conditions observed at survey. Changes to the specification, or unforeseen ground conditions, are the usual reasons a figure would need revisiting, and we would discuss any change with you before proceeding.
- Does a bigger garden room always cost more?
- Generally yes, but not proportionally. Fixed elements such as foundations, doors, electrical installation and weatherproofing carry cost regardless of size, so the cost per square metre usually falls slightly as the footprint increases.
