We are a garden room design and build company working throughout Essex. Every building is designed around a specific garden and a specific brief: the room's position, footprint, glazing, cladding, services and internal finish are decided with the customer rather than selected from a catalogue.
How We Work
One point of contact runs through the project. Consultation, site survey, design, specification and quotation come first; then groundworks, foundations, structure, insulation, roofing, glazing, cladding, electrics and internal finishing. You always know which stage you are at and what happens next.
What We Believe Matters
Insulation quality, a properly designed foundation, a square frame and a sensibly planned electrical installation are what make a garden room worth having in ten years' time. They are also the things easiest to cut to reach a lower headline price, which is why our quotations are itemised.
